Customer-driven, cost-efficient digital administration
Initiating Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based solutions in e-administration plays an important role in researches of InfoLab, which shall exonerate customers in all sort of data retention which data are already available in the administration. In addition to this advantages, every organisational, administrative tasks for citizens – which are available for public authorities by internal reorganisations – will be unnecessary.
However, it is an important purpose for the Lab to create a safe and easy administration which is contactless, completely digitalised as well as supported by automatisms. For this purpose, particular attention should be paid to possibilities of semantical interoperability of national data assets, to electronic-automatic, service-oriented cooperation of public administration authorities, and to create a complex AI-based operational environment for decision-making applications.
In the current phase of the research – in contribution with BME –, it is in process to connect semantical interoperability of special systems linked to national data asset-registers to AI-technologies and to connect a so-called unified interface descriptor – which creates electronic (automatic) cooperation among administrative special systems – to an adaptive solution.
